Ingredients
  • 1 TablespoonHealthworks Flaxseed
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • Handful of spinach
  • ¼ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cupof milk (whatever your preference is)

 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.
