Peanut Butter Flax Bars


  • 1 cup Healthworks Flaxseed
  • 1 cup flax meal
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or use ½ almond butter and ½ peanut butter)
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla



  1. Stir all the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. 
  2. Using a spatula, spread the mixture into a square or rectangle pan, to desired thickness.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to set.
  4. Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator or freezer for best freshness.

*Makes 6 bars
