Peanut Butter Flax Bars
- 1 cup Healthworks Flaxseed
- 1 cup flax meal
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or use ½ almond butter and ½ peanut butter)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- Stir all the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Using a spatula, spread the mixture into a square or rectangle pan, to desired thickness.
- Place in the refrigerator to set.
- Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator or freezer for best freshness.
