Super-Spring Smoothie

Spring is a season that is undeniably magical. Fresh, local fruits and vegetables are popping in the grocery store, farmer’s markets are bustling, nature is blooming, and everything feels warmer and more vibrant! This light, crisp, superfood smoothie is loaded with vitamin C, protein and healthy fats. It is perfect for a quick breakfast, or as a refueling snack after a long walk. Ingredients (2 servings) 1 ½  oz swiss chard 2 oranges (peeled and seeds removed) 1 tbsp Healthworks Hemp Seeds 1 tbsp Healthworks Goji Berries 1 tsp Healthworks Camu Camu Powder 1 cup water Ice to taste Instructions: Blend all the ingredients until smooth, enjoy!


Berry Delicious Bowl

Ingredients 1 tbsp Healthworks Goji Berries (soaked in water) 1 tbsp Healthworks Chia Seeds 1 tbsp Healthworks Hemp Seeds 1 tbsp Healthworks Coconut Oil 1 cup milk of preference 3/4 cup raspberries (frozen is OK) 3/4 cup strawberries (frozen is OK) 1 tbsp honey Garnishes: Gojis, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Coconut Flakes, Nuts, & fresh fruit   Instructions Soak the gojis in water while you place everything in the blender  Add gojis & blend Pour into your favorite bowl, add your garnishes, & enjoy!
