Matcha Mousse Cups
- 2 tbsp Healthworks Culinary Matcha Powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- and 1 tsp gelatin (dissolved in a bit of the cream)
Combine all ingredients, whip it up & enjoy!
*Make it Vegan - Use coconut cream or cashew cream to replace heavy cream and agar powder to replace gelatin
