Protein Pancakes


  • 1 tbsp. Healthworks Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/3 cup water (or almond, soy, or regular milk)



  • Mix all in a bowl. Spray pan lightly with PAM and turn on medium heat. Flip when no longer runny (wait about 30-40 sec). Enjoy!
