- 1 tbsp. Healthworks Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 whole egg
- 1/3 cup water (or almond, soy, or regular milk)
- Mix all in a bowl. Spray pan lightly with PAM and turn on medium heat. Flip when no longer runny (wait about 30-40 sec). Enjoy!
