Miso-Turmeric Dressing

Ingredients
  • ½ tsp Healthworks Ground Turmeric
  • cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup mirin
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp finely grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp white miso
  • 1 tbsp finely grated peeled ginger
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

Instructions
  1. Whisk vinegar, mirin, vegetable oil, carrot, miso, ginger, turmeric, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
*Dressing can be made 5 days ahead. Cover and chill.
