Ingredients
  • ½ tsp Healthworks Ground Turmeric
  • cupunseasoned rice vinegar
  • ¼cupmirin
  • ¼cupvegetable oil
  • 2tbsp finely grated carrot
  • 2tbsp white miso
  • 1tbsp finely grated peeled ginger
  • 1tsp toasted sesame oil

Instructions
  1. Whisk vinegar, mirin, vegetable oil, carrot, miso, ginger, turmeric, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
*Dressing can be made 5 days ahead. Cover and chill.
