Turmeric Ginger Tea

Ingredients
  • ¼ tsp Healthworks Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 cup Water
  • Splash of milk or soy milk
  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to boil.
  2. Add turmeric and ginger, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in milk and strain tea into a cup.
  4. Add sweetener to taste. Enjoy!
