Wild Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Healthworks White Mulberries
  • 1/2 tbsp Healthworks Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup water (preferably spring or filtered)
  • 1/2 cup black raspberries
  • 1/2 avocado, seed removed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • A dash of Celtic sea salt
  • A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Place all of these lovely and wild ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until nice and smooth.
