Mint Chip Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut milk
- 1/2 cup packed spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 drops peppermint extract (or peppermint essential oil)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/8 cup raw maple syrup (to taste, depending on your sweet tooth)
- 2 teaspoons Healthworks Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- Blend everything but the cacao nibs in a high-power blender until smooth and frosty. Add cacao nibs and blend again to break them into small bits. Serve and garnish with additional cacao nibs if desired.
