  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup packed spinach leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 drops peppermint extract (or peppermint essential oil)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/8 cup raw maple syrup (to taste, depending on your sweet tooth)
  • 2 teaspoons Healthworks Cacao Nibs
  1. Blend everything but the cacao nibs in a high-power blender until smooth and frosty. Add cacao nibs and blend again to break them into small bits. Serve and garnish with additional cacao nibs if desired.
