Orders & Shipping
1. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discoverl and Amazon Payment.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible so please contact us via email immediately after placing your order if you have changed your mind. If we can catch your order before it goes out, we may be able to change or cancel it.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
We do our best all orders processed as soon as possible. Through standard shipping, your order will take 5-7 business days.
4. Will I receive tracking Information for my order?
A shipment confirmation email containing tracking info will be sent to you when your order ships. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your shipment online. If you need assistance, our customer care team will be happy to assist you with tracking your order.
5. What shipping methods do you use?
We know that you want your order as soon as possible, that is why we work with several shipping partners to get your order to you quickly and at a discounted price.
6. Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping within the US at this moment.
7. What is your return policy?
Get a full refund or replacement within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
8. My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please email us at email@example.com with your name and order ID number and we’d be happy to send out a replacement to you (shipping and handling on us!)
9. Do you offer coupons or discount codes?
Yes we do. You can sign up for our newsletter to receive information about all current promotions.
1. Are your products raw?
We would like to inform you that our products are minimally processed to ensure to retain as much nutritional value as possible.
2. Are your products vegan?
Yes our products are suitable for a vegan diet. However, Healthworks products are not certified as vegan.
3. Are your products Certified Organic?
Most of our products have been certified as organic. The only two products we carry that are not, are the pesticide-free Chia Seeds and pesticide-free Hemp Seeds.
4. Are your products non-GMO?
To the best of our knowledge, our products have not been through genetic modification. We source our products from small sustainable farmers to bring the best produce to our customers. However, the products have not been certified as non-GMO.
5. Are your products Fair-Trade?
We source our products from small sustainable farms from around the world. Our products have not been certified as Fair-Trade and we don’t advertise them as such.
6. Are your products gluten-free / dairy-free / soy-free?
We would like to inform you that none of these ingredients have been added to our products. However, Healtworks products have not been certified as gluten-free, dairy-free or soy-free.
7. Are your products kosher?
We would like to inform you that Healthworks products have not been certified as kosher.
8. What is the shelf-life of your products?
Most of our products have about a two year shelf-life when stored in cool dark dry place. Kindly note that each packet will come printed with the exact expiration date.
9. How do I store my product?
We strongly advise storing the product in a cool, dark and dry place. If your packet re-seal does not seem sufficient, you can always transfer the product to an air-tight container or jar.
10. Why does my product show a warning label?
We would like to inform you that this is with regard to California’s Prop 65. Please refer to our page on Cal Prop 65 here.

We would like to inform you that our products are packaged in a facility that handles tree nuts.
2. Is your packaging facility gluten-free?
We would like to inform you that the packaging facility is not certified as gluten-free.
