Banana Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1 tablespoon Healthworks Cacao Powder
- 2 large bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup soy milk or almond milk (or more)
- 2 medium dates, chopped
- Cut up bananas into small one-inch pieces, place in a baggie and freeze for 24 hours.
- To high-powered blender, add milk, vanilla, cacao powder, dates and blend.
- Drop frozen banana pieces in slowly.
Note: You may need to add more milk to get the right consistency.
