Banana Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Healthworks Cacao Powder
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup soy milk or almond milk (or more)
  • 2 medium dates, chopped
Instructions
  1. Cut up bananas into small one-inch pieces, place in a baggie and freeze for 24 hours.
  2. To high-powered blender, add milk, vanilla, cacao powder, dates and blend.
  3. Drop frozen banana pieces in slowly.
Note: You may need to add more milk to get the right consistency.
