Antioxidant Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

How are you going to spend your Friday night? You might go out for a date, visit the cinema with friends, or go to a restaurant to try out new dish. There might even be some Friday Nights where you just feel like staying in and watching your all time favorite movie, to enjoy your “me” time.

When spending your quality “me time” with a movie, you can’t go wrong with a delicious homemade chocolate superfood dip! It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare and is full of fiber, phytonutrients and protein, with a perfect balance of healthy fat!

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Healthworks Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Healthworks Flaxseed
6 Medjool Dates (Pitted)
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp Healthworks Goji Berries 
1/2 cup Baby Spinach
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 tsp Healthworks Lucuma Powder
2 cups Strawberries

 

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients, except the strawberries, until smooth.
  2. Serve with Strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
