Easy Vegan Chocolate Coconut Milk Mousse

Imagine having a spoonful of chocolate mousse as an after-dinner treat. It’s simply satisfying and delightful.

This fluffy and creamy chocolate mousse is rich, thick, decadent, dairy free and suitable for vegan, paleo and refined sugar-free diets. Made with only 4 ingredients and only takes minutes to prepare!

Ingredients:

1 can full-fat coconut milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp Healthworks Cacao Powder

1 tbsp organic Agave syrup


Topping (optional)

Vegan dark chocolate (chopped)

Raspberries


Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, add coconut milk, cacao powder, vanilla, whisk while adding the sweetener
  2. Whisk for 1 minute with an electric whisk, or 2-3 minutes with a manual whisk until it becomes thick or desired texture
  3. Pour mousse mixture into serving dishes and place in the fridge for at least two hours
  4. When serving, sprinkle the dark chocolate and raspberries. Enjoy!
