Easy Vegan Chocolate Coconut Milk Mousse
Imagine having a spoonful of chocolate mousse as an after-dinner treat. It’s simply satisfying and delightful.
This fluffy and creamy chocolate mousse is rich, thick, decadent, dairy free and suitable for vegan, paleo and refined sugar-free diets. Made with only 4 ingredients and only takes minutes to prepare!
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp Healthworks Cacao Powder
1 tbsp organic Agave syrup
Vegan dark chocolate (chopped)
- In a large bowl, add coconut milk, cacao powder, vanilla, whisk while adding the sweetener
- Whisk for 1 minute with an electric whisk, or 2-3 minutes with a manual whisk until it becomes thick or desired texture
- Pour mousse mixture into serving dishes and place in the fridge for at least two hours
- When serving, sprinkle the dark chocolate and raspberries. Enjoy!
