    Ingredients

    125g Pumpkin seeds

    200g Medjol dates

    2 tbsp Spirulina Powder

    4 tbsp Healthworks Hemp Seeds

    8 drops Lemon essential oil

    1 tbsp Spirulina Powder for coating

    1. In a food processor, add the pumpkin seeds and process until more than half way broken
    2. Add the remaining ingredients and process like a paste that you can roll in balls
    3. Coat with Spirulina and put in the fridge for firming
