A soothing, chilled and smooth beverage, the silky and creamy texture perfect against the crunch of fruit or crisp granola. Milk has definitely been a classic drink in many household refrigerators. While there are multiple brands of non-dairy milks on the market, why not consider making your own homemade fresh hemp milk? It’s super easy and hassle free.

Hemp seeds have a natural rich nutty flavor, which is perfect for a heartwarming and filling beverage. In addition, hemp seeds are known to have protein, dietary fiber, magnesium, amino acids and essential fatty acids, making it a desired vegan superfood. Healthworks hemp seeds have been hand selected from small farms, are all-natural and contain no additives.

Homemade hemp milk is lactose-free, gluten-free, soy-free and vegan friendly. The recipe is versatile, and can be spiced up with any flavor combination. You could even consider adding cacao powder for a creamy chocolaty treat!
