Homemade Vegan Hemp Milk
A soothing, chilled and smooth beverage, the silky and creamy texture perfect against the crunch of fruit or crisp granola. Milk has definitely been a classic drink in many household refrigerators. While there are multiple brands of non-dairy milks on the market, why not consider making your own homemade fresh hemp milk? It’s super easy and hassle free.
Hemp seeds have a natural rich nutty flavor, which is perfect for a heartwarming and filling beverage. In addition, hemp seeds are known to have protein, dietary fiber, magnesium, amino acids and essential fatty acids, making it a desired vegan superfood. Ingredients:
½ Cup Healthworks Hemp seeds
3 Cups Water
Optional Flavorings: Cacao Powder, Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, Matcha Powder
1 Kitchen Strainer
Instructions:- Blend the hemp seeds with water on a high speed until smooth and milky.
- Pour mixture through a strainer to remove any clumps.
- Place in storage container or closed-jug and refrigerate.
- Pour into glass, stick in a straw and enjoy!
