    Instructions

    1. Place the chia seeds in a jar and add whichever liquid you prefer.

    2. Stir, seal, and let it sit in the fridge overnight or until it forms into a "pudding"

     

    Garnishes to try: Healthworks Goji Berries, Nuts, Fresh Berries, Coconut Flakes, Cinnamon & Apples
