The Basic Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Healthworks Organic Chia Seeds
- 2/3 cup Water or Milk of choice
Instructions
1. Place the chia seeds in a jar and add whichever liquid you prefer.
2. Stir, seal, and let it sit in the fridge overnight or until it forms into a "pudding"
