Breakfast Muesli
Ingredients 2 tablespoons Healthworks Cacao Nibs 2 tablespoons Healthworks Ground Flaxseed 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup rye flakes 1/4 cup coconut flakes 1/4 cup pecans or other nuts 1/4 cup slivered almonds 1/4 cup raisins 2 dates, chopped Instructions In a bowl combine oats, rye flakes, dried fruit, nuts, and cacao nibs. Mix well. Store muesli in an airtight container. Note: If you include the flaxseeds and dates, store in fridge, otherwise it keeps for 2 months at room temperature.
