The new year is upon us. Besides celebrating new year’s eve with friends and loved ones, it is also a good time to review this past year, and to write down a list of resolutions for the next year! Take some time to learn more about yourself, try to understand what are your strengths and weaknesses. Most of us are unaware of what we might be pre-wired to do in this world. Don Clifton, author of the book Now, Discover Your Strengths once said “Everyone on the planet can do at least one thing better than ten thousand other people. That’s the good news. The bad news? Most people have no idea what that one thing is”.

Sometimes it’s easy to delude yourself and to live in somebody else’s version of life. It’s really important to follow your heart instead of living somebody else’s expectation. Try and do everything you can to get an honest assessment. Then act on it, and see what happens.

  1. Develop Good Habits

Are there any habits that you’ve been trying to quit for so long? Either you go to bed too late or spend too much time on social media or you think you drink too often. Is there anything that you’ve wanted to learn for so long but for some reason you keeping postponing and postponing? Take this chance to come up with a list: one side listing the habits you would like to quit or change, and the other side containing new things you want to start doing in 2019.
