- 6 pieces Firm Organic Tofu
- ½ cup Organic white baby mushrooms
- ½ tsp Healthworks Ginger Powder
- ½ tsp Healthworks Turmeric Powder
- Pinch Salt & Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Chopped spring onion
- ½ tbsp Oil of Choice
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper for spice (optional)
- Add mushrooms and tofu to a heated skillet with a little oil
- After a few minutes, add the ginger, turmeric, salt, pepper
- Add in the spring onion last
- When cooked, take out and plate
- Serve with wild rice or veggies. Enjoy!
