  1. Bring 3/4 cup milk to a bare simmer in a small pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Place matcha powder in a mug or bowl.
  3. Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup boiling water, then milk, while tipping the cup slightly to create foam.
  4. Sweeten with agave syrup. Enjoy!
