Matcha Chia Pudding
- 1/2 cup Healthworks Chia Seeds
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Healthworks Culinary Matcha Powder
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Optional garnishes: Healthworks Goji Berries, seasonal fruit, granola, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, honey, agave
- Mix matcha green tea, chia seeds, honey and almond milk until there aren't any clumps.
- Leave overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning, add mixture to a bowl, then add your toppings.
