Note: Omit pepper for a non spicy dish.
- 1 Cup Cooked Healthworks White Quinoa
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Jalapeño (chopped)
- 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan Salt (or sea salt)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Serve.
