    Ingredients
    • 1 Cup Cooked Healthworks White Quinoa
    • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
    • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
    • Jalapeño (chopped)
    • 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan Salt (or sea salt)

    Instructions
    1. Mix all ingredients together. Serve.

    Note: Omit pepper for a non spicy dish.
