Subscribe & Save Policy
Subscriptions provide recurring delivery of selected superfood products with applicable discounts (e.g., Subscribe & Save).
Eligibility: Available on qualifying products. One-time purchase option remains unless specified otherwise.
Billing: First charge occurs at purchase. Subsequent charges are processed automatically on the renewal date using the stored payment method. Prices exclude taxes and shipping, added at checkout.
Delivery Frequency: Selected during purchase (e.g., every 30 days). Products ship according to the chosen interval.
Management: Log into your customer account at www.healthworks.com to view, skip, pause, modify frequency, update payment or shipping details, or cancel subscriptions.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime before the next billing date via your account or by contacting support. No fees apply. Cancellation stops future charges and deliveries.
Refunds and Returns: First order eligible for standard return policy. Subsequent orders are non-refundable once processed, except for defective or damaged items. See full Refund Policy for details.
Changes: Healthworks reserves the right to modify subscription terms, prices, or availability with notice via email or on the site.
