Breakfast Muesli

Ingredients 2 tablespoons Healthworks Cacao Nibs 2 tablespoons Healthworks Ground Flaxseed 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup rye flakes 1/4 cup coconut flakes 1/4 cup pecans or other nuts 1/4 cup slivered almonds 1/4 cup raisins 2 dates, chopped Instructions In a bowl combine oats, rye flakes, dried fruit, nuts, and cacao nibs. Mix well. Store muesli in an airtight container.  Note: If you include the flaxseeds and dates, store in fridge, otherwise it keeps for 2 months at room temperature.


Power Ball Truffles

Ingredients 2 tablespoons Healthworks Cacao Nibs, ground fine 2 tablespoons Healthworks Goji Berries, ground coarse 1 teaspoon Healthworks Maca Powder 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup pine nuts 2 tablespoons carob powder 2 tablespoons agave 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Instructions Combine all ingredients, except goji berries. Mixture should be shiny and smooth, pulling away from the sides of the bowl. You can add a little more carob if it seems sticky. Shape into truffle balls. Raw Goji Cacao Energy Bars

Ingredients ½ cups Healthworks Cacao Nibs ½ cups Healthworks Goji Berries 1 cup Healthworks Almonds 1 cup Healthworks Pumpkin Seeds 1 teaspoon Healthworks Cinnamon 1 cup flax seeds ⅓ cups agave Raw Chocolate, For Topping Instructions Soak almonds, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds for at least 6 hours. Place almonds and pumpkin seeds in a food processor. Process until well ground but still chunky. Add agave and cinnamon, pulse until well combined.
