Tropical Trail Mix

Ingredients 1/4 cup Healthworks Goji Berries 1/4 cup Healthworks Cacao Nibs 1 cup puffed quinoa or puffed millet 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes 1/2 cup whole roasted almonds 1/2 cup raw pepitas 1/2 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup dried banana chips (broken in half) 1/4 cup chopped dried mango or papaya 2 tablespoons candied ginger Instructions In a medium mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together until evenly combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month or in the refrigerator for a prolonged period of time.

Avocado Chocolate Muffins with Cacao Nibs

Ingredients 6 tablespoon Healthworks Cacao Powder 4 tablespoon Healthworks Cacao Nibs 1 1/2 cups plain flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup mashed avocado 1 1/2 cups water 2 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoon baking powder Instructions Preheat the oven to 350F. Scoop out the inside of the avocados and mash or puree in a blender. Add the water, vanilla extract sugar and mix. Sift in the flour, baking powder, cacao powder and salt then stir in the cacao nibs. Combine dry and wet ingredients and fold into muffin wrappers. Bake for 20 minutes.


Cacao Banana Smoothie

Ingredients 2 tablespoon Healthworks Cacao Nibs, more for garnish (optional) 1 1/2 cup frozen banana, peeled and chopped 4 dates, pitted and soaked for 10-20 mins. 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ice (optional) coconut flakes, garnish (optional) Instructions Place all ingredients except for garnish in a blender (preferably high-speed), and puree until completely smooth.  Pour into a large glass, garnish with coconut flakes and cacao nibs.
