    1. Combine all ingredients, except goji berries. Mixture should be shiny and smooth, pulling away from the sides of the bowl. You can add a little more carob if it seems sticky.
    2. Shape into truffle balls.
    3. Grind dried goji berries in a food processor until you have a coarse powder.
    4. Roll truffles into your goji powder.

    Notes: You may want to chill the mixture to firm it up a little before shaping. Balls can be stored covered in fridge for about 1 week or so.
