Goji Chia Smoothie

Ingredients 1/4 cup Healthworks Goji Berries 1 tablespoon Healthworks Chia Seeds 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup milk of preference (almond, coconut, hemp) 1 banana  1/2 cup strawberries (frozen works too) 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen works too) ice to taste Instructions In a small bowl, combine goji berries, chia seeds and water; soak for 10 minutes. In a blender, add banana, milk, strawberries and blueberries. Once the goji berries and chia seeds look soft, add them to the blender with the soaking water and blend on high until smooth. Add ice to make it thicker.

Ingredients 2/3 cup Healthworks Goji Berries 1/3 cup almond butter 1/3 cup honey 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 cups puffed barley cereal 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 1/3 cup coarsely chopped toasted almonds 1/3 cup flaked, unsweetened coconut Cooking spray 1 tablespoon sesame seeds   Instructions Preheat oven to 350° Combine almond butter, honey, olive oil, vanilla, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Ingredients 2 tsp of Healthworks Goji Berries 2 tsp Healthworks Cacao Nibs 1/2 a banana, cut lengthwise 2 tbsp almond butter Instructions Slice your banana in half lengthwise and spread almond butter on each side Top with goji berries and cacao nibs


Tropical Trail Mix

Ingredients 1/4 cup Healthworks Goji Berries 1/4 cup Healthworks Cacao Nibs 1 cup puffed quinoa or puffed millet 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes 1/2 cup whole roasted almonds 1/2 cup raw pepitas 1/2 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup dried banana chips (broken in half) 1/4 cup chopped dried mango or papaya 2 tablespoons candied ginger Instructions In a medium mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together until evenly combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month or in the refrigerator for a prolonged period of time.


Power Ball Truffles

Ingredients 2 tablespoons Healthworks Cacao Nibs, ground fine 2 tablespoons Healthworks Goji Berries, ground coarse 1 teaspoon Healthworks Maca Powder 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup pine nuts 2 tablespoons carob powder 2 tablespoons agave 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Instructions Combine all ingredients, except goji berries. Mixture should be shiny and smooth, pulling away from the sides of the bowl. You can add a little more carob if it seems sticky. Shape into truffle balls.
