Ingredients Healthworks Hemp Seed 2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, gluten free bread - whatever your preferred preference is) 1 large avocado, thinly sliced or mashed red chili flakes salt & pepper to taste Instructions Toast slices of bread.
