Avocado Cacao Pudding

Ingredients 2-4 tablespoons Healthworks Cacao Powder 1 ripe avocado 1/2 - 3/4 cups water 6-10 dates, pitted (depending on sweetness level is desired) dash vanilla extract Instructions Add your ingredients to a blender and blend! Serve chilled & enjoy!


Hot Cacao

Ingredients 2 tablespoons Healthworks Cacao Powder 16 ounces of hot water 1 teaspoon honey  1/4 cup milk of choice (regular, coconut, almond, etc)   Instructions Boil the water Place the cacao powder in the bottom of your cup and then pour about 2 tablespoons of the hot water into the cup. Using a spoon, stir the cacao and water until smooth. Then fill your cup with the rest of the hot water. Add sweetener, milk, and marshmallows to taste. Enjoy!


Cacao Energy Bites

Ingredients ⅓ cup Healthworks Cacao Powder ⅓ cup raw seeds of choice (we use a combo of Healthworks Chia Seeds and Healthworks Hemp Seed) 1 cup pitted dates, about 18 dates ⅓ cup raw nuts of choice ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut flakes optional: 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, pinch of sea salt Instructions Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until everything is finely chopped and clumped together. Form into balls and refrigerate for as little or as long as you like. They should keep a week in the fridge.


Raw Vegan Chocolate Bars

Ingredients 1/2 cup Healthworks Coconut Oil, melted 6 heaping tablespoons of Healthworks Cacao Powder 4 tablespoons of maple syrup pinch of salt Instructions Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl. Pour into a chocolate mold. Freeze for 15 minutes or until set. Note: Store raw chocolate in fridge until ready to use.


Sweet Potato Fudge

Ingredients 1/2 cup Healthworks Coconut Oil, melted 3/4 cup Healthworks Cacao Powder 2 cups sweet potato puree 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Sea salt to taste Instructions Blend all ingredients in a bowl or food processor until smooth. Line an 8x8 dish with plastic wrap leaving a little extra on the sides to lift out the fudge with ease. Chill for an hour or so until firm, cut into desired pieces. Notes: Great additions to the fudge include protein powder, nuts, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, or maca powder.
